Chinese Language and Literature (BA)
About Program
The Chinese Language and Literature Department ‘s Bachelor program focuses on developing advanced proficiency in Chinese in order to carry out linguistic or literary studies. While achieving proficiency in Chinese, students are exposed to Chinese literature from recent works of modern fiction,newspapers to classical texts as well as to the linguistic approach to analyzing and understanding the features of the Chinese language.
The program also offer courses on Chinese History, Culture & Society, written english and Computer. These courses provide students with a knowledge fundamental to a multicultural education and a cross cultural bridge towards Chinese culture.
Career Opportunities
Translator, secretary, teachers for Chinese Language as a Foreign Language and other works related to Chinese Language in Business, Political Sciences or Journalism.
