Joint workshops were organized by Girne American University (GAU) and Eskisehir Osmangazi University Architecture Departments.

GAU Architecture, Design and Fine Arts Faculty organized workshops within the scope of academic collaborations with Eskişehir Osmangazi University Architecture Department. First year architecture students of Eskişehir Osmangazi University attended the workshop, which was hosted by GAU Architecture Department and coordinated by the Lecturer - Ziya Bulunç. The event was attended by the President of the Department of Architecture - Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ayse Öztürk and Vice Head of the Department - Assist. Prof. Dr. Duygu Kaçar, accompanied by academicians and faculty staff - Hakan Keleş, Ali Armağan Daloğlu, Hakan Doğukanlı and 30 architecture students on the behalf of Eskişehir Osmangazi University Architecture Department.

The workshop included "Cephelerin Ardındaki Yüzler" (Faces Behind the Facades) organized by GAU academicians Hassina Nafa and Kim Bennett, "Tramvay Durağı" (Tram Stop) and "Yeşil Ada" (Green Island) organized by the Lecturer Ziya Buluç, "Gatrotecture" organized by GAU Gastronomy Lecturer Francios Parveau and Ziya Buluç, "Girneyi Haritalamak" (Mapping Kyrenia) organized by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ayşe Öztürk and Assist. Prof. Dr. Duygu Kaçar, "Kampüsünüz ne kadar yeşildir?" (How green is your campus?) by Assist. Prof. Dr. Senem Zeybekoğlu Sadri, and was conducted in the scope of GAU Architecture, Design and Fine Arts Spring Design Week.

At the end of the GAU Faculty of Architecture, Design and Fine Arts design week, which was held with the cooperation of inter-university and inter-departments, certificates were presented to 300 students and faculty members who contributed in the workshops by the Heads of Girne American University and Eskişehir Osmangazi University Architecture Departments - Assist. Prof. Dr. Shahin Keynoush and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ayşe Öztürk, Head of the GAU Head of Interior Architecture Department - Assist. Prof. Dr. Senem Zeybekoğlu Sadri, GAU Gastronomy Lecturer - Francios Parveau and design week coordinator Lecturer - Ziya Buluç.
