Our green areas play a vital role in enhancing the well-being of students, staff, and visitors. These natural spaces not only provide a peaceful atmosphere for study and relaxation but also support biodiversity and contribute to cleaner air and a healthier campus ecosystem.

TECHNOPARK

The Technopark building demonstrates several elements of green building features. The facades were designed to allow abundant natural light through energy-efficient, Low-E double glazing, to help reduce the need for artificial lighting and HVAC loads, keeping the classrooms and offices cool in summer and warm in winter. The use of VRF system in heating and cooling avoids energy waste and resultant operating costs by approximately 30-40%. Additionally, the surrounding greenery contributes to better air quality and a cooler microclimate, enhancing sustainability and comfort within the workspace.
