GAU Star Singing Contest, which is traditionally held every year, had 12 talented contestants competing and the jury composed of famous flutist - Eran Yaman, famous pianist - Mine Sadrazam and singer of GAU ENKA - Metin Uzun had a hard time deciding on the winner from the terrific performances.

The winner of the 2014 GAU Star Voice contest held in Girne American University (GAU) Cyprus Kyrenia Campus International Congress Centre Spectrum Hall was Mustafa Baykent, while Ozan Taşkıran received the runner-up prize and Hasret Can Çelik received third prize.

The winner - Mustafa Baykent and second place - Ozan Taşkıran of the GAU Star Singing Competition received their awards from Sevim Erdal, wife of the president of the Board of Trustees – Memduh Erdal, while Hasret Can Çelik received the award from Eran Yaman.
