The Girne American University Global Science family gathered for a New Year reception which was held in GAU Cyprus- Girne Campus Millennium Building Red Room Cafe.

The New Year Reception was attended by the GAU Founding Rector and Chancellor of the Board of Administrators - Serhat Akpınar, GAU Chair of the Board of Trustees - Memduh Erdal, GAU CEO and Vice-Chancellor of the Board of Administrators - Assist. Prof. Dr. Asım Vehbi, Vice-Chancellors of the Board of Administrators - Olgun Üstün and Cemile Esenyel, Rector - Prof. Dr. Yıldırım Öner, and Chair of Health Sports and Culture Department - Türkay Akpınar, together with Academicians and Administrative Staff.

The GAU Band entertained at the occasion with their music and surprise presents were distributed to the GAU family.
