Conferences organized by the Girne American University (GAU), which celebrates its 30th year in higher education, in 2014 -2015 academic year was continued.

The conference, which Prof.Dr.Hüseyin Işıksal, Prof.Dr.Evren Altınkaş and Dr.Enver Gülseven attended as a speaker, attracted great interest from the audience.

At the conference with the topic of "Being European", which was organized under the May 9 Europe Day events by the Girne American University Faculty of Business and Economics, history of the continental Europe, civilizations that lived in these lands and forming the European nations, religions, battles were transferred to the audience.

Students and many people relevant to the topic along with GAU academic staff, attended to the conference which was held at Girne American University Millennium Senate Congress Center.
