The presentation of the thesis should be tailored according to the content of the research topic. Including tables and graphs to present findings from surveys or field studies can contribute to the successful defense. The assumptions, key concepts, methodology, findings, and results should be briefly and clearly explained. The introduction should include basic information about the person presenting and the thesis being defended. The length of the presentation should match the length of the PPT presentation, if one is being used. Key information should be emphasized, and the pace of the presentation should not cause the audience to lose attention. The writing style and grammar should be considered when creating the presentation.

Second Semester: SEMINAR 2 - Literature Review

Literature review is one of the most important stages of a research project. It is the process of mapping out the research topic. The review should answer questions such as whether the topic has been studied before, who has studied it, and how it has been examined. Therefore, the literature review requires more effort than just listing source references.

The sources used for the review will vary depending on the research area. The tools for the review should be determined before the research begins, and the timeline for completion should be planned. The review should be organized into sub-headings and categorized to make evaluation of the findings easier. Keywords related to the research question will improve the quality of the review.

Third Semester: SEMINAR 3 - Methodology

Research and scientific methods are commonly encountered in university education and graduate studies. These methods involve preparing the research topic in a systematic and accurate manner. The methodology seminar proposal focuses on presenting the research method used in the project. The method should be explained clearly and be based on existing theories and prior research. The methodology should also outline the steps taken in collecting and analyzing data, as well as the ethical considerations involved in the research process.

The best way to present the results of statistical or qualitative analysis is to organize them around the objectives or hypotheses of the study. Each objective or hypothesis determined in the research should be considered as a separate subheading within the section. For example, if there are three sub-objectives, there should be three separate sub-sections within the section. Creating tables or figures related to each sub-objective or hypothesis when forming the section on findings may make sense and also makes the researcher's interpretation of the data easier for the reader to understand. The tables or figures should be explained by highlighting important elements. Detailed discussion of all elements may lead to deviation from the main point. The tables, figures, graphics, etc. used here must conform to the rules. The findings should be presented as they were obtained, without interpretation. The interpretation should be presented in a separate paragraph. The reasons for rejecting or confirming the hypothesis and whether the results match those of other studies should be stated. In the presentation of the results, the results found to solve the problem, not the researcher's expectations and subjective judgments, should be given priority, and objective judgments should be expressed. The "Findings and Interpretation" section can also be written as two separate sections, "Findings" and "Discussion", if a long discussion of the research findings is deemed necessary. In organizing the findings section, analyzed tables can be directly presented without including raw data tables, and raw data tables can be provided in the "APPENDIX" section if necessary.
