Important Contribution To EU From GAU

Girne American University (GAU) expressed that they will make vehicle allocation on the purpose of provide convenience to participants and make contribution to “We will meet women with opportunities and Sources” event that have been organized by European Union Information Office (EU) and which will be held at Akdeniz/Ayia Irini Village on 12th January.

The bus will take off at Girne Center Roundabound (Sulu Çember)

 

It is indicated that, one GAU shuttle takes off from the “Sulu Çember” which is located at entrance of Kyrenia, from the bus stop (Across the Bambi Shoes) where the Wednesday Market is located. Those who wishing to attend the event should call 0392 22 82 577 or register to info@abbilgi.eu address. And it is requested that who wants to drive the university vehicle, must saved their names to GAU Public Relations Department, 0392 650 20 00 – 1165 number or gaupr@gau.edu.tr address.

“European Commission meets women who live in countries with opportunities and sources. Within this scope, contact meetings will be organized at Gaziveren Çiftlik House Restaurant, Akdeniz Caretta Restaurant, Famagusta Bandabulia (Open Market) and Mehmetçik Çelebi Garden between 11 and 14 January, between 10:30 and 13:00. In events information will be given to participants about; EU Rural Development Policies, smart specialization and structural funds, Career development opportunities that are provided financial support from EU (EU Scholarship), Support mechanisms for women, Small Enterprises Support Program (EBRD), Technical Support Project for Improving and Promoting the VET systems, Lifelong Education and Active Labor Market Measures (VETLAM), The Development of Private Sector and Technical Support Project for Competitiveness, Opportunities for Lifelong Education, Success stories of SMEs which are provided EU support and financial support from EU in rural regions.”
