Celebrating its 30^th academic anniversary 2014-2015 the GAU has started its ‘Human Resources Specialist Certificate Program’, aimed at managers.

To be implemented by the education member Dr. Ilker Cingillioglu, the program will start at between 9:00-17:00 and will continue for two days, the attenders will be presented with certificates approved by the GAU.

Within the content of the certificate there will be Human Resources Managing Notion and Planning, Human Resources Options, Working with X model and engaging with workers, the Education of the Work Force, considering Work and Payment Managing, Motivation and Boosting Performance, Considering Performance, Strategic Human Resources Management and Circumstance Workers: Example Applications with titles.

Any individuals willing to learn about Human Resources, Strategy Managing and Choice making, at a lecture environment, and whom wishes to impose such worldwide professional skills into real life is invited to attend the Human Resources Program.
