ASIM VEHBİ: THE OUTCOME WILL CONTRIBUTE TO THE DEVELOPMENT OF SECONDARY EDUCATION AND INFORMATION SOCIETY

The third education workshop with the theme of “Changing School Culture and Leadership, Guidance, Success” which was organized by the GAU has ended its work.

Prof. Dr. Yıldırım Öner opened the workshop with a speech. It was aimed at sharing making the concepts of Leadership, Guidance and Success assume new meanings and also sharing the newly created scientific experience with education experts. Assoc. Prof. Dr. Saadettin Yıldız also delivered a speech.

Pointing out that the workshop was held in the TRNC for the first time with the participation of experts who conduct educational affairs, Vehbi said that the exchange views at this workshop would contribute to the education of the country and stressed that the GAU will continue its contacts with educational organization in connection with various workshops and social responsibility projects.

Assist. Prof. Dr. Munir Acuner from the GAU spoke about “Changing School Culture in Information Society” and Assist. Prof. Oxana Mandonova presented a paper on “Leadership in Education”. Olgun Üstün and Asım Vehbi,Vice Chancellors, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Tülin Bodamyalı and Erhan Vechi, consultants to the Rector, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Saadettin Yıldız, Dean of Faculty of Education and Zerrin Gürler, Head of Registration and Student Affairs delivered atendance sertificates to the teachers.
