GAU academic and administrative personnel have united in the Girne American University Girne Campus International Congress Centre Spectrum Hall for the Qourban Bayram reception.

Beside the GAU Ceo and vice-chancellor of the board of governors Dr. Asım Vehbi, vice-chancellors of the board of governors Olgun Üstün and Cemile Esenyel, Rector Prof. Dr. Yıldırım Öner, Chancellor of Health Sport Culture Department Türkay Akpınar and while all the GAU  family have united, the letter of the Founding Rector and chancellor of the board of governors Serhat Akpınar at the reception.

the GAU Ceo and vice-chancellor of the board of governors Dr. Asım Vehbi who have addressed a speech congradulated all the people of islam world add emphasized the importance of the religious feasts and traditions and stated that solidarity and assistance is our holly duty.

He also wished serenity for the Bayram holiday, and paid attention to the traffic density during the Bayram period and reminded that following the traffic rules will avoid upcoming disasters and finally congradulated the Qourban Bayram for those of GAU Family, people of TRNC and islam world.
