The 2014-2015 Academic year orientation days, coordinated by Girne American University- Student Affairs Directorate for those students who began their university life in our university, are complete.

The orientation program held in GAU- Karmi Campus- Cyprus informed the students about adaptation and pointed out some of the problems which the students could face during this period.

Kyrenia Mayor Nidai Güngördü and GAU Vice-Rector Prof. Dr. Sadık Ülker made presentations and informed the students during the orientation. Authorities informing the students during the orientation also explained further about the adaptation problems they would face and the concord problems for living away from their families and gave possible solutions for this.

Ending the orientation, the authorities have given students an opportunity to state the problems faced and possible recommendations while providing great support for their adaptation periods.
