1. GAU students studying in associate and undergraduate (BA and BSc) programs have the right to take only the make-up exams of the courses with the F grades they received in the 2025 Spring Semester.

2. Students with withdrawn “W” and “NG” grades cannot take the make-up exams mentioned above.

3. There will be no make-up exams for project-based courses, applied courses, workshops and studios, and courses that do not have a written final exam.

4. The grade received from make-up exams will only be replaced with the final grade, not the overall grade of the course.

5. Students who do not take make-up exams without an excuse will not be given any additional rights and will be considered to have failed the course. 6. Make-up exam applications must be made between June 10-11, 2025. They can be made online. Online Application

7. Late applications will not be accepted. The make-up exam fee is 500 TL for each course and the payment receipt must be sent to our Accounting office.

8. Supplementary exams will be held between 11-13 June 2025.
