Dear Students,

The details of the internship program to be carried out at Ercan Airport under Pegasus Airlines for the 2025–2026 summer term are as follows:

• CACS Students: June 11 – June 25 (15 days)
• AVM Students: June 11 – July 11 (30 days)

All students are required to obtain Personal Accident Insurance (from TRNC insurance companies)worth 25 Euros no later than May 15, without any delay.
The insurance documents must be submitted in person to Feride Daldık, Head of Aviation Management Department and Internship Coordinator.

In addition, regarding DGCA (SHGM) Apron ID Cards:

• Card Fee: 15 Euros
• Payment Date: June 11 (first day of internship)
• Payment Location: DGCA Office located behind the Pegasus Office at Ercan Airport
• Authorized Person: Ms. Tanol
• Payment Method: Cash or credit card

Prior to the internship, an orientation/information meeting regarding internship rules will be held on
June 10, 2026 at 10:00 at the School of Aviation, Classroom H3.

Students who fail to complete and submit their documents by the specified deadline will have their internship applications canceled.
