                                    American Future College Students Received Their Diplomas
The of American Future College students, which gives education under Girne American University (GAU) Group of Schools, says farewell to the 2014-2015 academic years with the graduation ceremony held.
The ceremony, which began with standing in silence, National anthem and GAU anthem, was held in the American Future College School building in Alayköy.
American Future College Manager Sevim Kayıkçı, who spoke at the graduation night which the parents showed great interest, while wishing success to the students, stated the followings;
"This year, we are continuing our growth target with the opening of 9th classes. I present my thanks to Vice Chairman of the Board and GAU Group of Schools President Chairman Cemile Esenyel, who support the development of our school.”
This success is not a coincidence
Kayıkçı, who stressed that they left the year, which passed quite successfully, behind, stated that" The success of our students is not a coincidence. There is a real effort and support. I also thank to our teachers because of their dedicated works and efforts they have given on this way."
While expressing that after a year, which was lasted together with friends and teachers, they are now experiencing a period of farewell, Kayra Bayraktar, from 5th grade graduates, stated in her speech that" We will never forget those teachers who contributed to us, they will always be in our hearts."
The photo show of the 5th and 8th Grade students, which reflected the memories accumulated up to the graduation day, was also presented at the event.
The shows that livened up the night
While 8th Grade female students presented their dance show with the song "Single Ladies", the group, which was consisted of 8th Grade male students, stirred up the hall with their "Lazy Song" performance.
Senal Bumbaroğlu, who spoke on behalf of the 8th Grades, stated that" Now we are going to high school. A new era is beginning. I wish a successful and happy future for all of us."
The Michael Jackson performance, which was portrayed by 8th Grade student Muhsin Gürün, attracted great interest.
The night, which was started with Graduation by GAU Group of Schools President Cemile Esenyel, continued with cutting the Graduation cake and ended with the tossing of the caps.
