ART LOVERS ARE SATED WITH THEATRE IN GAU STAGE

GAU 2nd Theatre days attracted intensive attention by students and art lovers.

At the first day of the organization with collaboration of GAU and TeknoGold. “Mehşer-i Cümbüş”, “Bira Fabrikası”, “Sondan Sonra”, “Parkta Güzel Bir Gün” and “Köpek Kadın Erkek” dramas meet the theatre audience in GAU stage.

With the collaboration of GAU Acting and drama department and TeknoGold and as a part of 27th March International Theatre Day, the activity satisfied the audience with the plays and made a final with the theatre named ‘’ Köpek, Kadın, Erkek’’ from fashion stage that is best in Turkey.

Performed with collaboration of GAU and TeknoGold , Baştaşlar as the Gold sponsor , Creditwest Bank as the silver sponsor, Çangar Motors and Pepsi as the bronze sponsor , with the support of Chateau Lambousa Hotel and  as accommodation sponsor, performed in GAU International Congre Center Spectrum Hall, the plays within GAU 2. Theatre days draw interest by the government officials, public and students.

While staging the plays named ‘’ Yamuk Yemek’’ and ‘’ Çok Soğuk’’ with GAU 2. Theatre Days, Prof. Dr. Güzin Yamaner also makes a commune entitled ‘’ Feminist Theatre’’. Yamaner makes a mention of taking part of women in theatre and especially the troubles which women had in the middle age while touching on development process of theatre from the beginning years. Yamaner also emphasized that society underrate the art by complaning about the fact see actress women from a different perspective and react disagreeably reconciling their roles at the theatre and their real lives.

Before the play ‘’ Kadın, Köpek, Erkek’’ taking the stage in the close night of GAU 2. Theatre Days , the students from department of GAU Acting and Drama read a theatre notice. After the play, in the plaquet ceremony main sponsor Asel Group Teknogold, Gold sponsor Baştaşlar, Silver sponsor Creditwest Bank, bronze sponsor Çangar Motors and Pepsi, and by side of accommodation sponsor Chateau  Lambousa Hotel officials , assisting to numerous famous actors , the principal of GAU Drama- Acting department Assistant Professor Doctor Levent Süner are presented appreciation  plaquet by GAU CEO ,Vice Chancellor of the Board Assistant Prof. Dr. Asım Vehbi and GAU Acting Rector Prof. Dr. Sadık Ülker.
