1. As per decision taken by the University Board of Directors’, students on academic probation can take a maximum of 2 new courses and repeat 1 course (maximum 9 credits)
2. Registered students may take a maximum of three new courses if they don’t have academic warning and  there are no course clashes.
3. Students who have 4 courses left to graduate can take these courses (total credit hours not to exceed 12 and do not have any F grades) with the approval of the Faculty and department providing that they have a feasible CGPA for graduation at the end of the summer term.
4. Students who have successfully completed the Foundation English Program can take maximum number of 3 new courses from the first year of their department studies; providing that no clashes occur in the schedule.
5. Graduating students, wishing to increase their CGPA can repeat a maximum number of 3 courses. Their latest grades will be shown on their transcripts.
6. The registration period of the Summer 2019 Semester is from 13th June- 17^th June 2019. As of 18th June 2019, students will be charged a late registration fee .  Students will not be allowed to register after 28^th of June 2019.
7. Courses for the Summer 2019 Semester will start on 18th June 2019.
8. Class attendance is compulsory. Medical reports will not be accepted for late registration. 
9. No “Add/Drop” will be allowed during the Summer Semester
10. Students registering for Summer 2019 Semester are required to close their debts from the previous semesters. This year 2 installments will be provided for our summer school fees.
11. Payments for Summer Semester 2019 will be made per credit taken. No additional activity fees will be charged.
12. Summer School 2019 students will be charged per credit taken (euro). Fees can be obtained from the Accounts Office.
13. English Foundation Summer School 2017 fees will be discounted at 750 €.
14. According the Rules & Regulations of GAU, students taking Summer Semester 2019 in another University will not be accepted at GAU. (These courses will be non-transferable). In exceptional cases, upon approval of the Rectorate Office these courses will be transferred. Applications for the Rectorate Office must be made between 22^th May 2019 – 3^rd June 2019. Late applications will not be accepted.
15. The registration rules of the students on the Work Team list will be defined according to the demand of the unit. These students should visit Student Accounts Department in order to submit their applications in the nearest future.
