The support concert of musicians of our country and their groups at the Spectrum Hall of the International Congress Centre brought about an overwhelming joy and excitement

“An Evening of Musical Breath” was organized with the cooperation of Genç Folk-Der, the members of Lefkoşa Folklore Society, Girne American University and other sponsors, and the income would be allocated to the treatment of a seven month old baby waiting for a marrow transplant.

At the “Evening of Musical Breath,” Grup Frekans, Grup Rast, Arda Gündüz, Emre Pehlivan “Amplified”,Grup MAT and Nafiz Dölek performed on the stage and the organization committee gave plaques as tokens of gratitude to those who had contributed to the evening and above all to the Girne American University.

Türkay Akpınar, Head of Health, Culture and Sports Administration received a plaque of gratitude on behalf of the GAU at the support evening to which people of Girne had shown significant interest and made considerable contributions.
