Senior students of Girne American University (GAU) Faculty of Education Computer and Instructional Technologies Teaching (BÖTE) Department promoted their completion projects. At the promotions held at GAU Karmi Campus Vision Centre, the senior students presented the specialities of their software, while they enjoyed the pride of creating a product as a result of the information they received for 4 years.

The education software, game, web site, book and leaflets that were composed by using many programs, were designed in the deepest details for target audience and users that are wanted to be reached. Student candidates determined the needs in education and training with polls and researches made in the fall period and they planned on which issue they would prepare education software. Carrying out their projects in the spring semester, senior students of BÖTE applied their programs to target audiences and checked if their programs were in the required property. Programs that can be references for teachers are among the education programs that aim to give information to the user on many issues on primary school to university, social sciences and environmental awareness. The education software that were developed in the framework of the “Project Development & Management II ” course, have the property to be the first step at the beginning of vocational lives for computer teachers that will graduate this year. One of the Instructors of GAU Faculty of Education Ayça Çelik, who guided the students, made a statement and said that the students transferred all of their knowledge to their projects through the year and they completed their deficiencies, adding that the teacher candidates created nice products. Stating that all of the students developed successful projects and she believed that all of them would reach to a good place, Çelik presented her acknowledgements to all of her students.
