Girne American University, on the eve of its 30th year in higher education, is preparing a graduation ceremony to grant diplomas for its 2013/2014 academic year graduates.

GAU, which is preparing to include the GAU Moldova American University to its campuses as the first international university of Moldova, is proud to grant diplomas to 730 graduates from 30 different countries in its 30th year in higher education.

GAU, an intercontinental university with campuses in England, Hong Kong, USA and Turkey, will hold the 30th year graduation ceremony on 6th of June 2014, Friday at 19:00pm in Girne Amphitheatre.

Honorary Doctorate Degree will be given to the President of the European Diplomats Union Günther Meinel

The 30th Year Graduation Ceremony, in which Former Ambassador, EU Parliament Member and President of the Association of Diplomats - Günther Meinel will receive an honorary doctorate degree, will host State Executives and Protocols of both the TRNC and Turkish Republic and also authorities from Hong Kong, England, USA and Turkey campuses and guests from the world of science, art and politics.

It has been stated that at the ceremony, which will be conducted with speeches from university and state officials, 730 graduates from 30 different countries will receive their diplomas.

730 Graduates will return to their homes as Honorary Culture Envoys of theTRNC

GAU, providing education to students from 85 countries under intercontinental overseas campuses, will grant diplomas for 730 students from 30 countries for the 2013/2014 academic years and the graduates will return to their homes as honorary culture envoys of the TRNC. The graduation ceremony of 658 graduates from undergraduate and graduate programs and 72 graduates from postgraduate and doctorate programs, will be broadcast live.
