Girne American University Life-long Education Centre (GAUSEM) continues admissions for various personal development, hobbies and ability courses through individual and institutional based certificate education programs at National and International level.

The “Effective Speaking and Pronunciation Course” which is being held with the slogan “The winner of eloquence is not the words, but the way they are pronounced”, will include fluent and intelligible speech skills according to its rules, expressing oneself effectively, and controlling excitement while giving a speech in front of a community. The course which will help an individual to increase the ability of bringing awareness into the community; will be a 20-hour program, consisting of 2 hours on 2 days per week. It is emphasized that the successful trainees will be awarded with certificates of achievement and that the admissions for the course still continue.

GAUSEM, also stated that admissions continue for the training programs which offer “Special for Institutions" training opportunities and solutions that are designed for academic knowledge and practices, considering the needs and demands of the individual, public and private sector organizations. It is stated that new training programs may also be provided at the request of institutions and optionally, corporate training programs can be presented in the form of seminars. The programs which were designed to eliminate the stress of modern life with the slogan "Get a Hobby, Forget the Stress", will carry city life of Kyrenia to GAU Karmi Campus.

GAUSEM has announced that certified institutional development courses will include - Effective Communication, Corporate Communications, Employee Performance Evaluation and Measurement, Health in Management, Safety-Risk Management, Quality Management Systems (International Quality Standards), Diction And Effective Speaking, Business English, Leadership and Management, Career Development, Project Management, Human Resource Management, Motivation, Problem Solving and Decision Making, Public Relations, Sales and Marketing Techniques, Stress Management, Time Management, Meeting Management, Strategic Management, Crisis Management, Risk Management for Banks, Total Quality Management and Management Skills. In addition, it is emphasized that courses and training programs can be arranged on the request of institutions.

GAUSEM has announced that there will be language courses, sport courses, life courses, education of communications, computer courses and computer education, preparation for exams, business and management, dance, music, painting and marine courses.
