Flying Angels - Elderly and Child Care Support Project

The exemplary Communal Awareness Project - Flying Angels Elderly and Child Care Support, which is organized by Girne American University Humanities Faculty, Education Faculty and Higher School of Nursing will continue during the new semester.

Admissions continue for Support and Service.

Gunay Beyzade reported that the aim of the Flying Angels project intends to reach all parts of society, helping people in need, providing care for the elderly and children and supporting education and further stressed that this exemplary project will provide a bond between the university and the community and that the project will continue during the new academic semester.

“Home Services will be available for Medical and Psychological Support, Care and Education”

Furthermore it has been stated that the Higher school of Nursing academic staff and students who will run the project for elderly care will provide home services with psychological support, social, cultural and artistic events such as book reading, and in addition the Pre-School Teaching Department academic staff and students will provide care and scientific reinforcement such as educational cognitive, social, emotional and psychomotor support for pre-school students.
