GAU “Be an Eagle Be One”  Spring Fest commenced with city cortege at Girne City Center under the main sponsorship of Telsim and Emre Aydın concert which was held at GAU Millennium concert area.

GAU General Secretary Sualp Davut, in his speech which was held at the opening ceremony of Spring Fest 2013 in International Spectrum Congress Hall, have stressed that GAU has reached success after performing under intense conditions during the Academic years of 2012-2013. Davut also emphasized that after all that tiring performances students, academicians and personnel do deserve the fest. GAU Rector Prof. Dr. Yıldırım Öner also emphasized that “As been held annually this year also holds an entertaining program. The aim of this fest is to motivate and relax those students, academicians and administrative personnel before the exams. Following the opening ceremony international student stands were exhibited at GAU Lympic.

People of Girne enjoyed themselves to repletion with Emre Aydın Concert

Alternative Rock music lovers were entertained with the GAU 2013 Spring Fest opening concert of Emre Aydın. Emre Aydın performed his most hit songs to all public and students.

GAU 2013 Spring Fest will hold various competitions, contests and concerts on 8th of May Wednesday. GAU Singing Contest will be held on 8th of May Wednesday at 19:00pm and will be followed by “Arabella” dance performance and Dj Barış Gören “Be One Party” performance.
