The Flying Angels is an Exemplary for Every Region  as Social Awareness Project of GAU,  had a Call for the Problems Related to the Nursing Home Residents’.

The Flying Angels Social Awareness Project of the Faculty of Humanities, the Faculty of Education and the Higher Education School for Nursing - Girne American University , is providing medical and psychological support to Lapta Nursing Home residents in the content of elderly, child care and support project.

 “Beyzade: Our Supports for Nursing Homes will Continue Periodically.” According to the statement made by Günay Beyzade who is project coordinator of Flying Angels, project aims to support services to all regions of the society in addition to aidless regions, nursing care for elders and children and also providing education. With this extent GAU lecturers and students periodically started to give medical and psychological support in Lapta nursing home, providing service within Girne Premises. Since most part of society is working, they cannot spare time for pre-school children and elderly. So, Flying Angels project has been implemented to support families by apprehending values of children and elders in a better way.
