The 15th National Congress of Psychology Students was held in Ankara University and 25 GAU students attended to that congress. It was decided to hold the following congress in GAU. In the “Non-communication in the Era of Communication” themed congress, students from 25 different universities attended to seminars which were held by famous psychologists and academicians.

In the cocktail which was held in Gölbaşı, students not only had a chance to meet psychology students from different universities but also had fun. In the congress which continued for 3 days, students made presentations and verbal reports. The winners of the presentations and verbal reports were awarded by the Union of Turkish Psychologists. The awarded studies will be published in the Turkish Psychologist Union journals.

Among the candidate universities who want to host for the 16th National Psychology Students Congress, GAU was chosen after the eliminations.

In the statement made by GAU, they pointed out the importance of national and international scientific projects for students and the attendance of graduate and under graduate students to national and international scientific projects and conferences and with the vision of being an intercontinental university, the theory lessons in Karmi Campus and Canterbury UK Campus are supported by practical lessons with the attendance to the conferences and workshops.
