GAU has finished 27th year in higher education and 2011-2012 Academic Year graduates will receive their diplomas in the ceremony.

With the internationalization mission “3 Continents Single University”, GAU offers students to have global education in the campuses abroad located in England, Singapore, USA and Turkey’s first education building. GAU’s 27th Graduation Ceremony will be held in Girne Amphitheatre on June 2, 2012 Saturday at 7 pm.
Graduation Ceremony will host important guests

Alongside with TRNC and Republic of Turkey’s senior government officials and protocol, authorities of campuses from England, Singapore, USA and first education building of Turkey will attend ceremony as well. Ceremony will also host important guests from science, arts and politics.

According to the statement made, on the 27th Graduation Ceremony, 617 graduate students from 23 different countries will receive their diplomas during the ceremony which will start with speech of government authorities.
617 Graduates will return to their countries as TRNC Cultural Ambassador

Together with 48 undergraduate departments, students who graduated from graduate and PhD programs will also receive diplomas during the ceremony. In addition, TRNC’s first Opera Singer Vasfiye Çakırtaş will take the stage for GAU graduates. Ceremony will also live broadcasted from GAU TV.
27th year Graduation Ball be held in Malpas Hotel

According to the statement from GAU Activity and Public relations, the 27th graduation ball will be held in Malpas Hotel on June 3, 2012 Saturday at 20:00.
