3 Dimensional exhibit by students of Girne American University (GAU) Faculty of  Architecture, Design and Fine Arts.

GAU Architecture Department Faculty member Assoc. Prof. Dr. Hossein Sadri in the his statement regarding the subject said that the exhibit, "3-Dimensional Prints from 2-Dimensional drawings" is an exhibit containing 20 works by students led by GAU Architecture Academician Prof. Dr. Lutz Presser. Sadri said that displayed works in the exhibit were 2D drawings of students faces that were made into 3D in a computer environment, then printed via 3D printers which emphasised the educational aim of the exhibit. The aim is helping students see the permeability, transition and relationship between 2D drawings and 3D printings, and perceiving the connection between the objects they encounter in the real world.
