IACBE EUROPEAN REGION PRESIDENT ASSOC. PROF. DR. SUALP DAVUT; “IN THE MEETING OF PARIS, WE HAVE TAKEN ...

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Sualp Davut, who is the Secretary General of Girne American University (GAU) and the European Region President of the American accreditation organization named as "The International Assembly for Collegiate Business Education – IACBE”, which is accepted as one of the global authorities of the business education, have participated in the meeting of IACBE which was held in the capital of France, Paris.

After the meeting which was about European Region, GAU Secretary General Assoc. Prof. Dr. Sualp Davut has given information regarding the works of the organization. In the meeting series which was organized in The American University of Paris and attracted great attention, Assoc. Prof. Dr. stated that they have evaluated several subjects which included the ways of improving the quality of the current universities and the rule and law amendments which have an effect on working of the business faculties.

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Davut expressed that “IACBE regional meeting was held in a period of 2 days. Higher education of business will be affected positively by the new decisions we have taken and there will be new balances. With the participation of GAU, we are also able to represent the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus in the meeting. As a citizen of this country, I am glad and proud to hold the European Region Presidency of IACBE which is an accreditation organization that has international vision. Additionally, as the Secretary General of GAU, it is an honor for me to have an active role in the decision mechanism.”

GAU Secretary General and IACBE European Region President Assoc. Prof. Dr. Sualp Davut underlined that senior authorities such as all presidents of Intermediate Area, government authorities of various countries and academicians from the university senates participated in the meeting as representatives.
