“TWO VOICES” FROM GAU ARCHITECTURE ARE TO BE HEARD IN USA

“LESS ARCHITECTURE, MORE ETHICS”

The Girne American University (GAU) Lecturers Assoc. Prof. Hossein Sadri and Assoc. Prof. Senem Zeybekoglu Sadri have visited the United States of America to participate in the “International Symposium” which was organized by University of Florida, College of Design Construction and Planing with the main heading of “Ethics and the Built Environment”.

GAU Faculty of Architecture, Design and Fine Arts Lecturers Assoc. Prof. Hossein Sadri and Assoc. Prof. Senem Zeybekoglu Sadri were invited to the International Symposium of Ethics and the Built Environment, which is to be held between 14-18 November in University of Florida, as speakers.

“LESS ARCHITECTURE, MORE ETHICS”

In the paralel speech which will be performed with the title of “Less Architecture, More Ethics”, Assoc. Prof. Zeybekoglu Sadri and Assoc. Prof. Sadri will present their perspectives about the people oriented development of architecture history, critical theory oriented environment-human relationships and their social tranformations. It was emphasized that the most important part of the presentations, in which there will be examples on ethics oriented education given in the design studious of GAU Architecture Department, will be the opening of the exhibition created with the projects of GAU Architecture Department students.
