An Exhibition entitled Library and Book was organized by the GAU Faculty of Architecture, Design and Fine Arts.

A photograph exhibition with the theme of Library and Book was opened at the Main Library Exhibition Hall of the Girne American University on the occasion of the Library Week. The exhibition was organized by the GAU students.

The photograph exhibition which was opened by Prof. Dr. Ece İnan, Vice-Rector, and Özge Luricinalı, a GAU instructor, was organized to attract the attention of the visitors to the importance of knowledge and books, and to create social awareness.

Özge Luricinalı, an instructor at the Faculty of Architecture, Design and Fine Arts who made a statement on the subject, pointed out that another exhibition would be organized on the occasion of the Week of Tourism and added that they would continue the projects in connection with attracting the attention of the GAU students to social issues and problems.

Pointing out to the fact that the photograph exhibition would attract the attention of visitors to the higher education in the TRNC as well as tourism which is the driving sector of the country, and that it convey important messages to the people of the country in connection with their views on tourism and tourists, Luricinalı stressed that the exhibition, workshops and other activities would make significant contributions to the progress of students.
