Students From Karpaz Will Study İn 57 Different Departments With A Full Scholarship

Girne American University announced that a full scholarship will be given to the student candidates from Karpaz for their higher education. The scholarship will apply to all departments. 

The scholarship will also apply to the academic programmes of Girne American University’s England, Singapore, USA and Istanbul campuses. In addition to global higher education, the student candidates from Karpaz will also be given the chance to continue their English foundation and language education in GAU England Canterbury Campus.

Wıth the opening of GAU Karpaz Campus, 27 years of extensive knowledge is being carried to Karpaz.  The destiny of the area has started to change.

Students from Karpaz will study in 57 Different Departments with a Full Scholarship

GAU has stated that the scholarship will apply to 57 departments; 11 different vocational high schools including Marine, Aviation, Performing arts, Law, Advanced Engineering Disciplines and Fine Arts, Architercure, Interior Architecture, International Business, Psychology, Psychological Counseling and Guidance, 5 academies and 47 undergraduate courses of 8 faculties. Starting from the academic year 2012-2013, the bursary will also apply to YOK certified Turkish Law, Chinese Language and Literature, Gastronomy and Culinary Arts, Classroom Teaching, Healthcare Management, Ergotherapy, Power Systems Engineering, Tokology, Civil Engineering and Civil Aviation Management.

27th Anniversary Scholarship will be given to 2000 Turkish and 200 TRNC citizens

It was also stated that students who start their higher education with OSYM bursary and LYS exam will be given continuous scholarship in all departments and abroad campuses for 7 years irrespective of their academic success.

According to the statement, undergraduate programmes scholarship will be valid for 7 years and associate degree programmes scholarship will be valid for 5 years. It was emphasized that the scholarship will also apply to the new YOK certified programmes.  2000 Turkish students who start their higher education with OSYM and LYS exam, and 200 TRNC students will benefit from the scholarship. TRNC citizens scholarship will also apply to the academic programmes offered in Cantebury Campus.
